A. All demolitions of any structure require a permit.
B. The price of the permit shall be set from time to time by the city council.
C. The permit is valid for sixty (60) days.
D. The demolition area shall be fenced off so that the demolition is not a hazard to pedestrians or children. The fencing shall be installed to the satisfaction of the building inspector.
E. Demolition shall not involve burning of the structure or any parts thereof without the approval of the building inspector or the city council. (Ord. 00-22, 10-9-2000)
