During the time between May 15 and October 1 of each year owners of swimming pools must maintain the pools in a sanitary, clear and clean manner. Water must be clear of algae, kept from being stagnate in order to avoid mosquito breeding and to avoid noxious smells which are considered to be adverse to public health, safety and welfare.
Unless a pool is closed for the season the owners must continue to clean, aerate and chemically treat to keep the contained water in a sightly, healthy and environmentally safe fashion. (Ord. 0-10-10, 11-9-2009)
