No portion of a swimming pool outside a building shall be located at a distance less than eight feet (8') from any side or rear property line or building line. Pumps, filters and pool water disinfection equipment installations shall be located at a distance not less than eight feet (8') from any side property line. No swimming pool may be located in the front yard as defined in section 9-2-2 of this title. (Ord. 00-16, 5-22-2000)
