9-2-5-11: REFUSE, GARBAGE AND RUBBISH:
Every dwelling unit shall have adequate refuse, garbage or rubbish storage facilities provided by the owner of said premises. These facilities shall comply to the health and garbage ordinances of the City. (1997 Code)
