9-2-5-10: OUTSIDE REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Prohibited Acts:
      1.   Well, Cistern, Excavation: No owner shall permit any well, cistern, excavation or other depression to exist in a dangerous or unprotected condition.
      2.   Parking Truck Or Trailer: No owner or occupant shall permit any truck or trailer of one and one-half (11/2) ton capacity or greater, to be parked on the premises in a residential zone, except for loading or unloading.
      3.   Storage Of Wood Or Lumber: No wood, lumber or any other material or object shall be stored, kept or permitted to remain except temporarily on the premises in such a manner that will afford harborage to rats.
      4.   Exception: This subsection will not apply to recreational vehicles or campers.
   B.   Wood Exteriors: All exterior wood surfaces on all dwellings shall be reasonably protected from the elements and against decay by a suitable protective material and must conform with requirements set forth in the Uniform Building Code as adopted by the City governing exterior weather board and veneers.
   C.   Garages, Tool Sheds, Outbuildings: All garages, tool sheds and all other outbuildings shall be kept in good repair so as not to be unsafe or become a harborage for rats and other rodents. (1997 Code)
