A. Adoption: There is hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, that certain code known as the fire prevention code recommended by the American Insurance Association, being particularly the most current edition thereof, and the whole thereof is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein and shall be controlling.
B. Copies On File: Not less than three (3) copies of such fire prevention code shall be on file in the office of the city clerk.
C. Enforcement: The fire prevention code shall be enforced by the proper authority of the city under the supervision of the fire district. (1997 Code)
