8-2-3-6: PROTECTION OF SEWAGE WORKS FROM DAMAGE:
No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this Section shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct or as a violation of this Chapter. (1997 Code)
