A. Any property owner seeking water service after the date hereof for future annexed or existing property which does not have a water line adjacent to their property which requires extension of service line to their property shall be required to pay the city of Colona all expenses incurred to bring the necessary service to the property.
B. The public works department or engineering firm will establish the extension costs and no hookup to water shall be allowed until full payment of any hookup charge and reimbursement of extension cost have been received by the city of Colona.
C. In addition to the payment to the city of Colona for extension costs the property owner shall pay a hookup fee as required under existing city ordinance. (Ord. 11-08, 8-11-2008)
