8-1-11: RIGHT TO RESTRICT USE OF WATER:
The right is reserved to suspend the use of lawn fountains, hoses for sprinkling lawns and gardens and swimming pools whenever, in the opinion of the Mayor and City Council, public exigencies require it. (1997 Code)
