8-1-8: UNAUTHORIZED USE:

A. Prohibited: No person, not duly authorized by the City, shall turn the water on at any fire hydrant or service cock, or use water from that hydrant or service cock when turned on.

B. First Offense: A violation of this Section shall result in a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense.

C. Second Or Subsequent Offense: A second or subsequent offense shall result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

D. Additional Cost: In addition to other penalties, the person using said water without authorization shall be liable for payment of same. (1997 Code)
