A. Application For Service: No water shall be turned on for use on or in any premises until an application in writing has been made for that purpose and filed with the City Clerk stating the purpose for which the water is to be used. (1997 Code)
B. Deposit Required: If the applicant is not the owner in fee simple of the recorded title to the property where the applicant desires the water to be turned on, applicant shall deposit with his/her application the sum approved by the City Council before any water is turned on. Such deposit shall be held by the City as security for payment of water used by the applicant and may be so applied when any default is made in payment of a water bill. (Ord. 0-16-14, 2-27-2017)
