7-2-5: PROHIBITED ACTS:
It shall be unlawful for any person:
   A.   Injury: To injure any tree or shrub planted or growing in any such public place.
   B.   Advertisements, Notices: To attach any sign, advertisement or notice to any tree or shrub in any such public place. (1997 Code)
