It shall be unlawful to operate on any public street, road or highway within the city any all-terrain vehicle; snowmobile; or motorcycle designed for off road use.
A. The penalty for violating this section shall fall under the general penalty provisions. (Ord. 00-07, 2-28-2000)
B. This offense shall also be included as a no contest option. The no contest fine is fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 05-05, 2-28-2005)
