It shall be unlawful to park, continue to park or leave a vehicle on an avenue or street when two inches (2") or more of snow has accumulated during a snowfall to allow for city snow removal. It shall be unlawful for any resident to cause any snow from their property to be removed, pushed, thrown, or deposited onto any other property other than their own.
