7-1-5: REPAIRS; REPORT DEFECTS:
   A.   Repairs; Supervision: All public streets shall be in good repair. Such repair work, whether done by the City or by the abutting owner, shall be under the supervision of the Public Works Director.
   B.   Report Of Defects: It shall be the duty of every City officer and employee becoming cognizant of any defect in any street, or any obstruction thereof, to report the same to the Public Works Director as soon as possible. (1997 Code)
