Whenever the owner, or an authorized agent of the owner, of a vehicle seized pursuant to this chapter wishes to retrieve their vehicle prior to the evidentiary hearing, and without waiving the evidentiary hearing, they may do so by posting a cash bond at the Colona Police Department. The cash bond will be in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus towing and storage fees. The vehicle will be released once the bond has been paid.
