6-1-3: SPEED LIMIT:
It shall be unlawful to drive any motor vehicle on any street in the city, not under the jurisdiction of the state of Illinois or Henry County, at a speed in excess of twenty five (25) miles per hour, unless otherwise posted. (1997 Code)
