5-2-6-4: ADVERTISEMENT:

It is unlawful for any person to place in any newspaper, magazine, handbill, or other publication offered for sale within the City, any advertisement, knowing that the purpose of the advertisement is to promote the sale within the City of objects designed or intended for use as drug paraphernalia. (1997 Code)
