4-3-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Chapter is to provide a safe, sanitary and efficient method for the collection and disposal of all residential solid waste and yard waste to safeguard the citizens of the City from hazards to their health, safety, and welfare that result from the uncontrolled collection and disposal of solid waste.
