A. Disease: It shall be unlawful for any person to employ in any premises used for the sale of alcoholic liquor any person who is afflicted with, or who is a carrier of, any contagious, infectious or venereal diseases; and it shall be unlawful for any person afflicted with or who is a carrier of any such disease to work in or about any such premises or to engage in any way in the handling, preparation or distribution of such liquor.
B. Minor: It shall be unlawful for any person to employ, for the purpose of serving alcoholic liquor, any person who is under legal age as defined by the statutes of the state in effect from time to time. (1997 Code)
