§ 177.09  BUILDING PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   There shall be submitted with the application for a building permit a check or cash payment for an amount to be determined by the estimated value of the building project. The Building Inspector, or City Council, will have final approval of estimated cost. For the purpose of valuation, building materials that have been salvaged from the demolition process, being deemed as used will have an estimated value of 60% of new.
   (B)   The valuation to be used in computing the permit fee shall be the total value of all work, as well as all finish work, painting, roof, electrical, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and other permanent work.

$32.50 for the first $2,000, $4 for each additional $1,000
$25,001 to $50,000
$124.50 for the first $25,000, $3.50 for each additional $1,000

$212 for the first $50,000, $2.50 for each additional $1,000
$100,001 and up
$337 for the first $100,000, $1.50 for each additional $1,000
