§ 172.01  MANDATORY USE OF MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM REQUIRED.
   (A)   All buildings within the municipal boundaries of the City of Colome equipped with plumbing fixtures must utilize water from the city water distribution system and in such amounts and at such pressures as are available from the City of Colome. Only water from the municipal water system shall be utilized for use in drinking, bathing, culinary use or in the processing of food, medical or pharmaceutical products. The use of any other water source, whether supplied by wells or other non-municipal sources, for said purposes is strictly prohibited.
   (B)   All buildings outside the municipal boundaries of the City of Colome that are equipped with plumbing fixtures and that utilize water from the city water distribution system shall utilize only the municipal water source if the water is connected to the plumbing fixtures and in such amounts and at such pressures as are available from the City of Colome. The use of any other water source in said buildings, whether supplied by wells or other non-municipal sources, is strictly prohibited.
