§ 90.21  DUTY TO CORRECT.
   It shall be the duty of the occupant, person in charge, or owner of any lot or parcel of land in the municipality to keep such lot, to include any abutting municipal right-of-way, commonly known as the municipal boulevard, free of such nuisance vegetation by cutting, spraying of removal, as may be appropriate.
