§ 53.09  LIMITATIONS AS TO TANK CAPACITY.
   Tanks may not exceed an individual capacity of 12,000 gallons and may not exceed an aggregate capacity of 48,000 gallons. Any variance in excess of these amounts can only be granted by the division pursuant to SDCL Chapter 1-26.
