§ 54.15  DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE FOR NONPAYMENT OF BILLS.
   All charges for broadband service shall be due on the monthly due dates specified by the city for the respective account.  In all cases where satisfactory arrangements for payments have not been made and the account is more than 30 days delinquent, the city may discontinue the provision of broadband service following electronic or written notification.
