(A) To facilitate providing broadband service, the city will install on each premise for which the city agrees to provide broadband service the following equipment: antenna, transceiver, cabling, POE connector.
(B) All such equipment remains the sole property of the city. The owner of the premises shall be entitled to use the city-owned equipment to facilitate providing broadband service so long as the owner’s account for broadband service remains in good standing with the city. If for any reason the broadband service to a particular premise is terminated, the city has the right to enter upon the premises and remove the equipment.
