§ 116.167  SCHEDULING AND NOTICING APPEAL FOR HEARING.
   The City Council shall establish an Appeals Board. The Appeals Board shall establish policies and procedures as to when and where, and how appeals will be heard. The Appeals Board shall not have the authority to override any section or provision of this chapter.
