A rental housing license shall expire two years after the date of issuance. Re-inspection of all dwellings, dwelling units or rooming units shall be required prior to issuance of a new certificate. Applications for licenses shall be made in writing on forms provided by the city and accompanied by the fee amounts as established by the City Council. Such application shall be submitted at least 60 days prior to the expiration date of the license.
