Solid waste and recyclable materials shall be kept in containers designed for solid waste and recyclable materials and shall be kept indoors, or in enclosed areas designed for the use, until the day of collection. Solid waste and recyclable materials containers may not be placed out-of-doors for more than 24 hours prior to or after scheduled collection.
