§ 30.01  ELECTIONS AND TERMS FOR MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   (A)   Date of election.  The regular election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in every even-numbered year, beginning with the 1976 election.
   (B)   Terms.  Two Council Members shall be elected for four-year terms at each biennial election commencing in 1978.  The Mayor shall be elected for a term of two years at each such election, commencing in 1976.
