The city may approve the issuance of the permit for pumping of water from a storm water detention pond, and the construction of a water well which pumps into the storm water detention pond to replenish the pond, provided the terms and conditions of the application are met and the applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the City Engineer and any other terms and conditions as the City Council deems appropriate.
