§ 53.06  STATE AGENCY REVIEW AND PERMITTING.
   (A)   The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining any and all permits, including a permit for the well from the Minnesota Department of Health and, if appropriate, a water appropriation permit from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
   (B)   The applicant may not drill the well into the Mount Simon-Hinckley aquifer.
