§ 151.096 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.
   This subchapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easement, covenant or deed restriction. However, where this subchapter conflicts or overlaps with another, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
