§ 130.090 ESCAPE FROM CUSTODY OR CONFINEMENT.

It shall be unlawful for any person under arrest or otherwise in custody of or confined by the municipality to escape or attempt to escape or for any other person to assist or encourage the person to escape from the custody or confinement.
