§ 130.042 PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to be drunk in a public place or in any other place open to public view.
   (B)   The penalties for violation of this section shall be those prescribed by Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-310.
