§ 130.041 PROMOTION OF GAMBLING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to encourage, promote, aid or assist the playing at any game or the making of any bet or wager for money or other valuable thing or to possess, keep or exhibit for the purpose of gambling, any gaming table, device, ticket or any other gaming paraphernalia.
