Minimum public notice of any public meeting relating to a franchise shall be by publication at least once in a local newspaper of general circulation at least ten days prior to the meeting, posting at the Town Municipal Center and by announcement on at least one channel designated pursuant to § 118.64 hereof between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for five consecutive days prior to the meeting.
