The Town shall have the right, during the term of any franchise, to install and maintain free of charge upon the poles of a company any wire or pole fixtures that do not unreasonably interfere with the cable system operations of such company. The Town shall indemnify and hold harmless, subject to the Tennessee Governmental Tort Liability Act and other applicable law, such company from any claim that might arise due to or as a result of the Town’s use.
