§ 117.127 REMEDIES; VIOLATIONS.
In the event a reasonable determination is made by the Development Director of his/her designee that a person has violated any provision of this subchapter, a small wireless facility application, or a ROW use permit, such person shall be provided written notice of the determination and the specific, detailed reasons therefor. Except in the case of an emergency, the person shall have 30 days to commence to cure the violation. If the nature of the violation is such that it cannot be fully cured within such time period, the town, in its reasonable judgment, may extend the time period to cure, provided that the person has commenced curing and is diligently pursuing its efforts to cure. If the violation has not been cured within the time allowed, the town may take all actions authorized by this subchapter and/or Tennessee law and regulations.
