Within ten days of a written request from the Town, each franchisee shall furnish the Town with information sufficient to demonstrate that:
(A) The franchisee has complied with all requirements of this chapter;
(B) All municipal sales, message and/or telecommunications taxes due the Town in connection with the telecommunications services and facilities provided by the franchisee have been properly collected and paid by the franchisee;
(C) All books, records, maps and other documents maintained by the franchisee with respect to its facilities within the streets shall be made available for inspection by the Town at reasonable times and intervals.
