If a franchisee fails to provide evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Town Administrator, as provided in § 117.033, the Town Administrator shall refer the apparent violation or noncompliance to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen shall provide the franchisee with notice and a reasonable opportunity to be heard concerning the matter.
