Permits issued under this subchapter shall be renewed annually and the application for renewal shall be accompanied by the payment of the fee of $25 for each electrical mechanical amusement device and $25 for each non-electric mechanical device, as herein prescribed for each such mechanical amusement device. Renewal fees shall be paid each year in July. Fees may be prorated monthly. Existing machines shall be licensed within 30 days of adoption of this chapter.
