§ 114.14 PERMIT COVERS OWNER OF DEVICE AND OWNER OF PREMISES.
   When any one of the persons mentioned in the definition of owner or operator in § 114.01 obtains a permit for the operation of a mechanical amusement device, the permit shall cover each of the persons mentioned in such definition.
