(A) A fee will be collected for the reclamation of lost pets or the adoption of an animal residing at the shelter. This fee shall be in accordance with the schedule as established by the governing authority by resolution, adopted by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
(B) During periods of unusual circumstances, special adoption procedures may be declared by the Town Administrator and the Department Director.
