(A) There is created a department known as the “Town of Collierville Public Services Department” which will be responsible for providing maintenance of the Town’s street and drainage ways, sanitation collection and disposal and such other duties as may be designated in accordance with the provisions of the Town code and Directive of the Board.
(B) The Public Services Department shall be administered by a Director of Public Services to be appointed by and to serve at the pleasure of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
