§ 92.16 CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS, DIRT, VEHICLES AND MATERIALS.
   No debris, dirt, construction vehicles or construction material shall remain on public rights-of-way for more than 24 hours, and further, that no debris, dirt or construction materials or scraps shall be allowed to accumulate on the construction site for more than two weeks. In the event a contractor is unable to remedy a specific problem as may be cited within five working days, the Town shall notify in writing the contractor in advance as to the measures it will take to remedy the problem. When the measures have been accomplished, the Town shall invoice the contractor for all expenses incurred as necessary.
