§ 92.11 OPERATION OF TRAINS AT CROSSINGS REGULATED.
   No person shall operate any railroad train across any street or alley without giving a warning of its approach as required by state law; nor shall he or she make such crossing at a speed in excess of 45 miles per hour. It shall also be unlawful to stop a railroad train so as to block or obstruct any street or alley for a period of more than five consecutive minutes.
