GENERAL PROVISIONS
No person shall use or occupy any portion of any public street, alley, sidewalk or right-of-way for the purpose of storing, selling or exhibiting any goods, wares, merchandise or materials.

It shall be unlawful for any property owner or occupant to allow limbs of trees on his or her property to project out over any street, alley or sidewalk at a height of less than 14 feet.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or cause the obstruction of any drainage ditch in any public right-of-way. When any property owner or tenant, after notice that he or she is violating this section, fails to install a culvert or take other appropriate action to keep a drainage ditch on his or her property open and unobstructed, the Town may take such action and assess the costs thereof to the property owner and/or tenant.
