§ 91.16 ENFORCEMENT.
   The International Fire Code herein adopted by reference shall be enforced by the Chief of the Fire Department, the Fire Marshal, the Assistant Fire Marshal or any other Fire Department personnel acting as a designee of the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or the Assistant Fire Marshal.
