(A) No person shall operate a skateboard, roller skates, roller blades or any similar device in, upon or on the grounds of Collierville Town Hall, Collierville Police Facility, Collierville Library, Collierville Community Center, Harrell Theater or any Town-owned parking structure.

(B) No person shall operate a skateboard, roller skates, roller blades or any similar device upon any sidewalk in a Town park or on any other sidewalk designated by the Chief of Police and posted as a “No Skateboard, Roller Skating, Roller Blading or Similar Activity Area.”

(C) No person shall operate a skateboard, roller skates, roller blades or any similar device on a Town exercise trail except when lined for bicycle traffic and then operation shall be only on the portion posted for cyclists.
